Vermouth Berry Cobbler

This is an easy, low alcohol summer sipper that makes use of whatever summer fruit you have on hand. 

3 oz dry vermouth (We love Imbue)
6 raspberries
5 mint leaves
 

Muddle syrup, fruit, mint, and bitters in a shaker. Fill with ice and add vermouth, stir till chilled. Strain into a tumbler with ice. Garnish fresh mint or raspberries.

Try this with blackberries and cardamom bitters, or strawberries, basil, and grapefruit bitters. Summer fruit brings with it tons of tasty options, but winter citrus also works great as we lose our berry bounty.
