2 oz. whiskey
.5 - .75 oz RAFT Ginger syrup
2-4 tbsp seasonal fruit (Berries in the summer, Citrus in the winter, even a splash of Cranberry juice)
4-6 dashes RAFT Orange Bitters
2 oz. sparkling water
Muddle fresh fruit, bitters, and syrup in a tumbler. Add whiskey and soda, stir to mix. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
